Pastor Dustin Hughes was raised in a Christian home.  He was saved on October 9, 2001 at a revival meeting at Unity Baptist Church in Burnsville, NC.  At the age of 17 years old after hearing the preaching of God's Word, the Holy Spirit opened his heart to salvation.  He saw himself lost and on the way to hell, under conviction he prayed, and asked Jesus into his heart. 

He followed in believers baptism.  After God dealing with his heart for some time about preaching, he surrendered to the call to preach August 31, 2015.

Pastor Dustin Hughes was licensed to preach the gospel in September of 2019.  He preaches KJV and he is traditional with his preaching and worship. He has been member of Roaring Creek Missionary Baptist Church since 2011.  God called him to pastor the church in April of 2021.  He was ordained as pastor on November 14, 2021.  God has given him a love for missions, church growth, youth outreach, and spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Pastor Dustin Hughes is looking forward to leading the Church and to continue the work that has already been established, working through the guidance of the Holy Spirit and through the guidelines of the Bible.
